Intuitive eating and meal planning go hand in hand when done in a way that allows for flexibility and pleasure. These gifts are perfect for diet ditcher who is looking to do some more home cooking.

  • Vegetable chopper: I love to cook, but dicing onions quite literally makes me cry. This veggie chopper is a great tool the cut up all sorts of vegetables.

  • Apron: This one is for those who are like me and always find a way to spill or splash something on themselves.

  • Weekly meal planning dry erase board: Keep tabs of what is on the menu for the week. But remember, flexibility is the key for non-diet meal planning.

  • Mason jars: Great for canning, storage, and meal prep.

  • Mason jar lids: These leak-proof lids are great when I have leftovers to store or when I use Mason jars for meal prep.

  • Glass meal prep containers: A staple for meal prepping. Team leftovers!

  • Frother: This can be used for a variety of things, but I use it on the daily for my iced coffees.

  • Cutting boards: A must-have for the home cook.

  • Stasher silicone storage bags: These eco-friendly bags are sturdy and come in a variety of colors.


Self-Care

Taking care of both physical and mental health are key for disordered eating recovery.

While self care can involve massages, spa days, and manicures, these are not every day occurrences for most people. These gifts can be used to show yourself some self care on a daily basis.
